RETURN POLICY
I want you to love your piece.
If it’s not quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
In some cases, a local (Toronto) return can be arranged.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact Stephanie within 3 days of deliverywith photos.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Remember: each item is handmade, so slight variations are normal and part of your piece’s unique charm.
