Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
In some cases, a local (Toronto) return can be arranged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the item back and inspecting it.
Remember: each item is handmade, so slight variations are normal and part of your piece’s unique charm.
