    If it’s not quite right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

    • For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact Stephanie within 3 days of delivery with photos.

    • Custom and personalized items are final sale.

    • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

    • In some cases, a local (Toronto) return can be arranged.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the item back and inspecting it.

    Remember: each item is handmade, so slight variations are normal and part of your piece’s unique charm.

    Made to order pieces can take 2-4 business days.
